1. I don’t want to create an account, can I still place an order?

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order, you can just fill in the details on the checkout page.

Wondering about the benefits of creating an account? Creating an account allows you to save your details, so shopping with us in the future is faster and easier. You also become eligible for a loyalty card and can benefit from exclusive offers every now and then, too.
Don’t worry your details are completely safe with us and are not disclosed to any third party.

2. What is your payment method?

We offer COD (cash on delivery). Our delivery charges vary product-wise, minimum being Rs. 150. However, if you cannot pay in cash, we accept bank transfers. Please send us the receipt through email at payment@expressoye.com or if you are an existing user upload receipt in your account.

4. Do you have an exchange/ return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of the original purchase date ONLY if you have received a damaged item or faulty product. If your item arrived in defective / damaged / incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available with Express Oye free of any delivery charges. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.

5. Do you deliver nationwide?

We only deliver in Islamabad and Lahore currently.

6. Where are you located/ do you have an outlet?

We are an e-store at the moment operating from Lahore. We do not have an outlet as yet.

7. I want my order to be delivered on a specific date and a specific time. Is this possible?

If you want to surprise someone on their special day, we have got you covered. Just mention the time and date while checking out.

8. Oh no! I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?

If you wish to make changes in an existing order you must do so by contacting us immediately or maximum within 3 hours.

9. I’ve decided to cancel my order, what do I do?

If you wish to cancel an existing order you must do so by contacting us immediately or maximum within 3 hours.

10. I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?

If you wish to make any additions in an existing order you must do so by contacting us immediately or maximum within 3 hours.

11. What are the benefits of having a loyalty card?

By creating an account and shopping with us you will be rewarded loyalty points which you can redeem using your card. You also get access to exclusive offers and discounts for our loyalty cardholders. You can be eligible for a loyalty card on spending at least Rs. 10,000 within 3 months.
