Cancellation Policy

  1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment and in case of COD, we will inform you of your order cancellation.

  1. Delivery Location

Items offered in Basketry on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Lahore. All other products are open for delivery all over Pakistan.

  1. Delivery Time

We take about 3-4 working days to deliver your order after it has been confirmed. Hence, place your order accordingly as to when you want it to be delivered.

We give the option of you providing us with an exact date and time for your delivery on orders located in Lahore, with respect to the previous clause this also needs to be added in the order details beforehand.

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Any orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be dispatched on the next coming working day.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

  1. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. In the section ‘Order Note’ and ‘Time and Date’.

  1. Third Party Contact

To make the delivery of the product, we may disclose your name, contact details, and address to a third party. After your order has been dispatched the third party has the right to contact you for any query regarding your location or to inform you anything relevant to the delivery of your order.

  1. Shipping Costs

We have flat delivery charges of minimum Rs.200. However, this may vary from order to order depending on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

  1. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately through an email or contact number is given on the website.
